We decided to trust Robert's expertise and take his advice on pricing our home according to market conditions - we had multiple offers within 2 days and received more than what we initially thought our home was worth before consulting him. Incidentally, we noticed shortly after our home when into escrow, two other homes in the neighborhood adjusted their pricing to the range Robert valued our home at. I think that goes to show that his pricing was extremely accurate, which is very important when selling your home if you want to obtain your home's full value. Our home was also not located in the area most of his clients are in, but he did the research and priced it right, so it obviously didn't matter that he wasn't the neighborhood agent. Robert also helped us find our new home. We are currently in escrow so I won't divulge too many details, but I'll say we trusted his knowledge on offer prices, just as we did with pricing our home, and we feel like we're getting a good deal, which isn't being seen all that often in our part of San Diego, where inventory is extremely low.There was also one one home we looked at and liked, but for various reasons, Robert told us he thought it would be a mistake in the long term. We really appreciated his honest opinion.Overall, excellent realtor who is great at his job!
